How a published index changes the way exchanges and investors read a private company.
London Stock Exchange
The AT50 Index opened at the London Stock Exchange at a level of 1,369.00, giving Africa's most listing-ready private technology companies a public benchmark for the first time.

The market
Indexa Exchange Group launched the AT50 Index at a market open ceremony at the London Stock Exchange on 28 January 2026. The index entered public life at 1,369.00, calculated from a base of 1,000 in Q4 2023.
The launch set out the case for a rules-based benchmark covering fifty private technology companies across the continent: a consistent framework through which exchanges, institutional investors and advisers can compare companies that have scaled privately and are preparing for public-market visibility.
Host exchange
The London Stock Exchange hosted the market open and published its own account of the ceremony. As the venue for the inaugural chapter, the LSE framed AT50 as a bridge between African private companies and international pools of capital, and as a signal that listing-readiness can be measured before a listing happens.
