Our Services include: • Access to index data, scores, and rankings • Research reports and market analysis • Methodology documentation • Newsletter and communication services The AT50 Index is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer of any financial product.

You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial reference and research purposes. You agree NOT to: • Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any index data without express written permission • Use automated systems or software to extract data from our website • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services • Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity • Use the Services to develop competing products or services

All content, data, methodology, logos, trademarks, and other materials available through the Services are the property of Indexa Exchange Group or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The AT50 Index methodology, scoring frameworks, and composite calculations are proprietary. No license or right is granted to you by implication or otherwise to use any intellectual property without our prior written consent. "AT50 Index," "Indexa Exchange Group," and associated logos are trademarks of Indexa Exchange Group. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that: • The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free • The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable • Any errors in the Services will be corrected The AT50 Index is a benchmark for informational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Index data should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDEXA EXCHANGE GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indexa Exchange Group, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: • Your use of the Services • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Any content you submit or transmit through the Services

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
