AT50 Index Governance Council appointed for inaugural one-year term
February 2026 — Indexa Exchange Group announced the appointment of the AT50 Index Governance Council for its inaugural one-year term.
Council Appointment
The Governance Council has been constituted with independent members drawn from across the investment, technology, and regulatory sectors. Members serve an initial one-year term, with renewal subject to performance review and conflict-of-interest assessment.
Committee Structure
The council is structured across three committees:
- Full Council — overall methodology and index integrity oversight
- Constituent Review & Methodology Committee (CMRC) — quarterly constituent reviews and methodology governance
- Market Intelligence Committee (MIC) — data quality and market signal validation
Quarterly Review Timeline
The council will conduct its first quarterly review in Q1 2026, with subsequent reviews scheduled at the end of each quarter. Review outcomes, including constituent changes and methodology notes, will be published in the quarterly index brief.
Conflict-of-Interest Disclosures
All council members have completed conflict-of-interest disclosures in accordance with the AT50 Governance Charter. Material conflicts requiring recusal will be noted in quarterly review documentation.
Governance Secretariat
Day-to-day governance administration is managed by the Indexa Exchange Governance Secretariat, which maintains records, coordinates council meetings, and publishes the audit trail.
